Finding the right home

We aim to make the process simple for tenants and landlords alike. Please use the search bar above to browse suitable properties that meet your requirements. Here, you will be able to see details of the property, along with costs and charges of renting.

We have a wide choice of properties and expert knowledge of the local area. We will also accompany all viewings with you.

Once you have found a suitable property you will then need to be assessed by our preferred referencing company. Once satisfactory referencing has been completed then we will be able to finalise the details of your tenancy agreement, and organise a moving date.

Next steps

On the day of moving in, all tenants for the property will need to be present and you will need to have funds ready. This includes first month rent, the deposit and the letting fee.

When it comes to your deposit we take a responsible approach. We will ensure this goes into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme* (TDS) so if there are any disputes at the end of your tenancy, they are dealt with fairly.

*If we manage the property or if the landlord instructs us to act for the deposit.
