For our landlords, both present and future, we have a costing document which will allow you to understand any costs that will or may be incurred during your stay with us and hopefully help you in making that decision to become a landlord and help get your property on the market. We take a full inventory when your tenants move in and a schedule of condition for the property to keep a detailed record on file. We can also provide a year end report on your property if that is something you would be interested in
